If someone has sust 350 20ml and 100- anadrol 50's how should they be taken properly??

Is this your first cycle?

You would want to Inject the Sustanon 2x a week 1ml each time. 700mg is a good amount to grow on and have good results.

Sustanon 350 Week 1-10. 2 injects a week 1ml each injection. 700mg a week.

Anadrol 50. Week 1-4 50mg a day.

Do not do Anadrol alone, make sure to run it with the test because it will shut you down hard.

This is not my first cycle but it is the first time i've done one under real instruction. not just by uneducated friends. I've done sust 250 about 3months ago for 6 weeks. then test eth 250 about a 6 mo before. I tend to get un motivated to stay in the gym at times and now I have been going for a good 6mo strait and am pretty serious again. I'll stop for like 1 - 3 months and not sure why but I am getting more and more motivated being part of this site and learning more.
