Missus got me some strawberry flavour protein shake, I got in from my run and had one. FIIIIIIIIRKIN HELL!!!! Rank absolutely rank

I don't mind banana or vanilla but chocolate is a big nono, can't do the flavourless stuff either, was thinking of getting some flavourless and adding some peanut butter or something to add some taste

But strawberry was enough to make me bork, been a tight yorkshireman I'll prob still use it though

Depends which one you get mate, Reflex is probably the best strawberry flavour,
I personally use the unflavoured stuff and love it!!

Like woodrow I normally get the cheap stuff (not strawberry tho:o) from Holland and barrett, more of a hunger supressor for me though, just to see me till meal time after a workout or run. I'm running and mountain biking loads at the moment so it's caaaaaaarb galore for me

Rule 2: Holland and Barrett are shit!

If you want decent supplements, Get something like Reflex, Sci-MX, Met-RX or something similar.
Check out discountsupplements.co.uk they have good stuff and they're cheaper than most places in the UK

Met rx are quite nice, used them loads when they used to sponsor runs, not so much now though, they had reps that gave away sample pouches, used to slip them a tenner for a couple of crates worth which lasted proper ages
