Good thread bro,one of my goal is to make HyperMuscles Forum better and make more people visit it, another goal is to make my body look better and stronger by working out in the gym.

Sort my diet out as my training is nailed now

Well i am about almost there with mine.It was to drop the bf from being 265lbs at 5'9" to under 10% at 225lbs.Still about 10lbs away but getting there.
