i have a question tht ive realky been looking for the answer to for a long time.. i smoke and people tell me tht im saxrificing my gains.. but i seems to gain just fine.. so what is the real scoop on this??

I smoked for 25 years and it never seemed to affect my gains, I stopped 3 years ago and haven't noticed any difference

I stopped 6 years ago the only difference I have noticed is the money I have saved
