‪No time for something important❓‬

‪1. Delete social media apps 📲‬
‪2. No Netflix 📵‬
‪3. Cancel social functions 🥺‬
‪4. Tell friends & family you need to focus on something important ‼️‬
‪5. Write a plan ‬

‪If you did that for 2 weeks do you think you’ll execute on that ‘thing’ 🤷🏼*♂️ you keep saying is important to do?

I write this post to help, to help you realise there is more time in the day than you realise if you focus ALL IN on something and take away ALL the distractions

If it’s that important to you you’ll find the time, and there is even more time in the day if you’re willing to make a few sacrifices for a week or two

Social media, TV, procrastinating on a half written plan, it all steals time that we could focus elsewhere.

Yes this is extreme, yes this is restrictive, yes this takes a change of plan and puts some things off for a while, BUT if it's that important we need to find a way, and if time is short we need a strong intervention to create that time

Thus, turn it all off, focus, write a plan, find the tools, find a way, and spend those 2 weeks executing!
