Here, in addition, I am mentioning some tips :
1- Do pushups in the morning
2- Have a healthy breakfast
3- Do light lunch
4- Again have a healthy meal
5- Do light dinner
6-Get a proper sleep of 7-8 hours
7- Strictly follow above tips
