Orchard fruits: Apples, pears, plums

ALSO NOTE:

Bananas are good sources of potassium, though small portion.
Raisins, grapes, plums, and prunes are great sources of fiber.
And cranberries are good for the urinary tract, as well as the prevention of and manage Gum disease, Diarrhea, Diabetes, & Stomach problems.

All berries are an excellent source of fibre as well as their other health benefits and fresh pineapple is said to be anti inflammatory. Which is useful after a workout.
And avocados are an excellent source of necessary healthy fats. Yes, it is technically a fruit.
