Lost weight and size through injury so didn't get what I wanted from 2014.
Will be back in the gym from January and will make up losses and continue to build in 2015

Torn MCL and serratus muscle so training was horrible and fell way short. Just got back in the gym so 2015 I'm going to make a light to medium weight training year. Late 30's is not being kind.

Sounds too familiar.

Lost lots of weight and strength from an occupational injury. Was out of the gym for 7 months. Went from 255 to 205.

For 2015, I want to get back to at least but no less than 220.
