If that's what they want to do then fair enough, as long as they're not forced in to it because that's what the parents want.
If they are going to do it then at least show them how to do it correctly, those dbell deadlifts made me cringe!

i dont know about the strongest family in the world but i know personally the strongest woman in the world,,, anybody hear of JILLS MILLS ??? she broke the worlds record as the strongest woman in the world.. she has i believe 3 titles...
and this was in the dead life.. she resides here in san antonio...
