Tuna & Egg Protein Salad
⢠1 can tuna in brine or spring water
⢠75 â 100 g new potatoes
⢠2-4 plum tomatoes
⢠100g green beans
⢠75g fresh lettuce
⢠1 red onion, finely sliced (optional)
⢠1-2 boiled eggs
⢠Handful of black olives
⢠Handful of basil leaves
⢠2 tbsp virgin olive oil
⢠2 tbsp chopped parsley
⢠2 tbsp fresh chives
⢠1 tsp salt
⢠1 tsp black pepper
Preparation method
1. Whisk together the, olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
2. Place the tuna in a shallow dish followed by the remaining
ingredients.
3. Mix thoroughly stirring in the olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and
pepper.
4. Enjoy
