You know whats not cool. The actual pics of the women at 25 to even 30% body fat still look I'd give them a shot. Yet, the men in that range look out of shape. Just proof, women have it easier than men to remain attractive even with higher percentages of body fat!

yeah agreed i looked and thought anything below 35% is looking good for a woman

I understand where you are coming from, but as a woman if you actually want more muscles and get leaner, it is so difficult, my body does not want to go under 17bf%
I want to have more muscles and leaner than that, shit will just not move and I recover slower and strength is slow going too.
i can only squat a measly 115lbs and deadlift 175lbs for reps, the rest like bench and OHP is just piss poor.
testosterone is great
