So as you probably have read every article about hair loss what I can tell you from experience. Dont change your routine on anything. if you shower twice a day then keep it the same. Hair loss is can be stressful. here are some things you can do

keep your head shaved at a #1 or #2 clip while on cycle
use nioxin shampoo and conditioner
do not itch your head if it itches
do not wear hats or restrictive beanies
your scalp needs to breath
make sure when you wash to agitate the soap and get your scalp super clean
however when you dry don't use a towel if you do just pat
also no hair products such as hair spray or gel
oh and pray
