Hi guys, maybe this topic has been covered, I'm not sure...
But can you guys offer your opinion and advise for best & easiest location for pinning. I was doing my quads for some time, both left and right side until my left quad became red, swollen with a lump at the injection site, it was so swollen I could not bend my knee area. It was like I was wearing a leg cast. And the pain was very bad. It took 8 days for the leg to heal itself.
So now I'm worried and nervous about pinning my legs, thinking...
What if it happens again.
For this reason I need advise please. The should is an awkward angle to pin and the ass has the nerve there which makes me worried about pinning the butt. Thanks guys .

This probably isn't much help as I only pin my quads, but why do you think you won't have the same issues pinning somewhere else?

That's why I would like some advise. No one know why this happened to my leg. I asked a few guys and they didn't know what to say.

I understand what you're saying and sympathize. I've known something similar happen to someone else twice. It seems to be one of those things, a bit like tren cough. You can be as careful as you like but it still happens!
What I suppose I'm saying is should the same thing happen in your butt or your delt or wherever would it be at easier for you?

All I can say is, for 8 days ii t was a f- ed up experience. Even my calf area became swollen .
Why ????
So I'm wondering is there an easier location on the body to shove a dam needle into your skin/muscle. grrr....

I can't recall what the thread is called, but if you do some searching you'll find a very helpful link that shows all injection sites on a sweet little body chart. It's on this forum somewhere, I used to have it saved in my phone. I'll see if I can track it down. Something I do is make sure I rotate my pinning sites every time with shirt ester cycles, if it's only 2 pins a week I prefer the butt cheek and just switch sides. Other than that I go shoulder/shoulder/butt/butt/quad/quad. That all the fluid isn't creating a little pocket or something? Works for me.

could be many reasons for this happening ive had some swelling before seems bad and painful at time but went ive had this in quad and butt
these are really the only places I pin quad and butt
and think quad is easier

I only pin glute and delt.
