I have a pair of white nike air max's, they have got dirty over the months.Is washing machine a no no ?

always chuck mine in the machine on a low temp, Adidas, Nike and Puma
They always come out alright

Ok as a mother of three your shoes are safe for the washer take the strings out first so they don't mess up the machine and wash away...however I don't dry my shoes in the dryer I set them outside to dry.
Drying them in the dryer can disfigure them and shrink them.
