350g protein a day

What's up? Any creative ways/ideas on differant meals. Doing 5 meals a day, so need meal ideas with 70g protein. THANKS.........

im on about 320 a day and
i would say this is where shakes come in
if can have 2-3 protein shakes a day should amount to 100g a day or more depending on type
also 6 scrambled eggs for breakfats isnt a lot to eat and that is 60-80g dependent on size of egg so there is over half needed so if 4 of your meals are over 30g per meal witch is easy most meals can cover this
this is how i try to keep my protein up

Hey bud tbh you dont need over 300gs a day alots of big guys dont as theres no point ur body can only use so much i stick to 300 and no diffrent on 350gs just my input and doing that isnt hard at all mate after training hard i can get down 300gs of chicken breast 100gs of carbs from rice and a bit of curry powder to taste (when bulking) its not hard to get 350 a day lots of eggs 1-2 ls of milk a day mix of beef and chicken also remember to count the proteins from carbs lost of people dont and i dont get that even pros count it so shoould we all Smile
