Body Aching Question

I am a 46 year old long time bodybuilder. I have been training pretty steady for the past year. I do about ten sets for major muscle groups and six for smaller ones. I train very intense and my rep range is from 6-10. I am 6"2 and 225-230 pounds. I train four days a week on a split. My eating is right on. A ton of protein,good carbs,good fats and about 2800-3000 cals a day.
My body is always aching especially my shoulders. I need some advice. I just started Glucosimine a few weeks back on the advice from Celt on this forum. I am thinking about cutting back on the heavy weights and start using 12-15 reps. I need some suggestions. I can't time time off from the weights because it just freaks me out.
