Joint Pain
#1

Can anyone offer any suggestions on joint pain? Constant aching in my shoulders and elbows even when I am not training. I have been eating ibuprofen like cashews but I know that is not good. I am 46 years old and I am not really training all that heavy anymore.

I have heard mixed comments on glucosamine. Can you recommend a brand and how long would I need to take it to see any results? I have heard that it takes up to three months for it to work. Can I order inexpensive online?

It can take a few weeks to kick in but it works a treat, Reflex Nutrition is the best one

Glucosamine is great you can stack it with Mega Cissus which is a high potency source of the increasingly popular Cissus Quadrangularis. Standardised to 50% Ketosterone, this is the ideal supplement for anyone looking to improve the health and strength of joints, cartilage and tendons. I had a bad shoulder, this stack had me sorted it out in no time!

It is good that you mention your age.In the later ages of the life the joint pain is quite common as compare to young age.Joint pain can be caused by many types of injuries or conditions.you haven't mention either you have any injury or not.Warm bath and massage shall be useful in lowering the pain but you need to consult the nearest health care center for better treatment.
