In my gym are people with serious motivation who trains hard however there still are people who come for 1-2 months after which you do not see them again.

my gym people train, its mostly older people, now the more popular gyms are the ones that people pose...girls come in with full makeup on and purfume, the guys all have there sleaves rolled up to there neck and walking around with air lats..lol

well im new to the gym "scene" so i might not know what im talking about but at my local gym there seems to be alot of big guys who are in groups , ive noticed they all stand around laughing and joking but hardly ever actually lift

infact i think the only thing they lift alot is there arms so they can check there biceps out in the mirrors haha

well in my gym there are different guys, however i do not like those walking around with air lats... lol I think this is personal problem. I mean they can not express them self in other way.

in my gym are only huge guys who compete and they are good motivation for me.
