Here is my current workout regiment.
 
Here is currently what I’m doing five days a week any insight would be greatly appreciated. Monday- Legs, Tuesday- Chest and Tri’s, Wednesday- Back and Bi’s, Thursday- Shoulders and Friday is big arms I just destroy my Bi’s and Tri’s then take a two day break and start again Monday. Tried to upload pictures of my actual work outs but am having issues.

Standing Military Press
Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Lateral Raises

Nice living room workout, cruising on HCG. Starting a Test Prop and Anavar can cycle this Thursday. 8 weeks.

:):cool::cool: yes today did all upper front delt som chest presses some pull overs. With a dumbell rather intense nice day today here in florida.

I trained Push muscles yesterday. Chest, shoulders and triceps.

Bench press
Incline db press
Neutral grip db shoulder press
Lateral raises
1-arm tricep extensions

SMASHED!
