Hidetada Yamagishi Out of 2010 Mr. Olympia
Hidetada Yamagishi got a leg injury while doing seated bicep curls. Getting a leg injury while training upperd body part is a sign that you must stop and take a rest. This injury seems to be related to the upper quad strain that he suffered after the New York Pro in May.

We wish him fast recovery.

yea hope he gets back to it soon , ive always liked hidetada's physique , great bb imo.

Do you know how long is he in bb and what is his age?

no i dont know how long he has been bb i do know he's in his late 30's , and he did recently win his first pro show.
