I always rely on 2-2.5grams of protein per 1kg of body weight. Too much protein will put stress on kidney so you have the rule and a little space to experiment.

It's been some time what are the changes? I am sure many members would like some updates, may be pics.

If you did that in a special thread please post link here.

Thank you.

I recently started to change my diet up for mass cycle.. i got this off of a video tht i watch by THE MUTANT ON YOU TUBE ... and on the days tht i workout my quota for protein meets at 230 grams a day.. and the days tht dont workout i bring down the eating by half of my daily 3500 calories a day with only 200 grams of protein.. as my kidneys do get alittle bothered at times from to much water and protein intake.. and since tht i have done it this way im still seeing gains and kidneys arnt feeling nomore pain.. for the longest time i had this idea tht i had to meet my quota everyday and the more tht i experiment with my diet the more im undrstanding tht i cn switch it up at times and still make quality gains..

That's more or less what I keep banging on about. The body doesn't work on a meal to meal or even daily basis. Over a period of days it will use what it needs as long as you give it what it needs.

Obviously if it needs 230g protein and you miss a few days that's a hell of a lot of catching up to do, but if you only manage 180g for a day or so, then eating or drinking 280g to catch up won't kill you.

Giving your digestion, your liver and your kidneys a bit of a break every so often won't harm your long term goals either. And even if it did set you back a day on your journey to freakiness it's got to be worth it if it benefits your long term health.

Test prop is my altimate favorite. Too bad I don't have a lot of time to spend posting. I'm late for the gym.
