10/01/10 my cycle: test e 500mg Deca 500mg d-bol 30mg my measurements: arms 16in thigh 25in chest 42in calves 17in waist by tape 36in waist by jeans 32in max out: bench 295lbs squat 315lbs arm (single) 70lbs ill make weekly updates...
