I would say 75% of my injections on legs I hit a nerve. Sometimes I can hardly walk the next day. It's weird because most people say they're one of the easiest and safest places to inject.

I can do pecs, triceps, lats and other spots that really bother people and they don't effect me at all. Glutes are my favorite but over the years i have built up scar tissue.

I've built up a lot of scar tissue there too bro. For your legs, try taking a really hot shower before your injection. It seems that whenever I hit quads after a shower I don't hit nerves.....not really sure why but it works for me

Yeah I've tried that as well. It's just not a good spot for me.
