Changing your training program every 6 to 8 weeks doesn't mean that you have to change to something completely different(although you can if you want) it can be as simple as changing the exercises or even the order you perform them

Alright so
I'm going to do 1-12 test prop 100mg/eod 8-12 winstrol injections 100mg/eod How many vials do i need of each ? 3 test p and 2 winny? should i add dbol for the first 4 weeks? What type of work outs do you recommend for this type of cycle? 5 x 5? Push Pull? etc
