Cool 1st cycle

Ok here is my plan for my first cycle of test 250, 10-12 weeks at 500 a week, but not shure when to start my pct? pct will be tamox 40mg every day and clomid 50mg every day for week 1&2, tamox 20mg and clomid 25mg every day for weeks 3-6, Would you say this is a good starting plan for a first timer? any suggestions? I am 5'9" 187 pounds

I am 42, I have been in and out of the gym most of my life I have realy commited to training for about 6 months now. Right now I am trying to bulk up lifting heavy with low reps, I am doing something every day if not lifting I am on the treadmill. My diet is high protien no white grain only whole wheat lots of fruits and veg, and i only drink water. as for the test i am not shure, i havent gotten anything yet just trying to make some sence out of all of this and figure out what I need before hand. Thanks for any help

First off I'm still a beginner I just want to pass to you what was passed to me.

I'm not sure what your body fat is I just wanted to let you know that the higher the body fat the more likely it is you will get sides. If your over 20% keep that in mind.

My first cycle looked like this
Weeks 1-12 Test e 250 pinned twice a week 1ml sun 1 ml wed= 500 a week
Weeks 1-4 dbol 20-40 mg every day split into two doses
Aridmidex .25mg eod to keep estrogen down
Pct for test e should start 2 weeks after your last pin
and you can run nolva or aromasin and Clomid.

You should elaborate on you work out routine though so we can get a better idea of what your doing in the gym

Did I leave anything out my more expierenced bros?

It would be good if you could put up a copy of your workout routine, that way we can adjust it if needed.

What skinnguy has said pretty much sums it up as far as the gear goes,
Depending on which Test you use dictates how long it should be before starting PCT,
As skinny said Test E would be 14 days after your last pin where as something like Sustanon, PCT would start 18 to 21 days after the last pin.

As for PCT, what you have suggested is fine although I personally stay away from Clomid as the sides can be pretty intollerable.
I use 40mg per day of Nolva for the first week then 20mg of Nolva per day for the following 14 days.

It would also be a good idea to have some Nolva/Tamoxifen close by when on cycle just in case the sides start to show!

Smart decision on the body fat thing no one wants to deal wit gyno for no reason. Start a journal here and post your daily work outs and food intake this will help a lot to really see what your doing. I have one going in the contest thread but will pick my other one back up in the journal section once it over again.

Since you are 42, your test levels may not be that of a 25 yr old. If you have insurance, or can afford it I would suggest getting ur test levels checked to see where you stand. Simply tell the doctor that you have been feeling lethargic, and that ur libido hasnt been what it used to be. Normal testosterone levels for a man can range from 200-800ng/dl. Im a few yrs younger than you, so our test levels would like to be at 400-500 or so. In reality, Ive been using gear for 20yrs give or take, and when I first began I ignored PCT, because quite honestly it was something never discussed, that was until I came on the forums in 1994 and a whole new world opened up, but the damage was already done.

My first test results from blood work...109. Yes you read that right, I have the test levels of a teenage girl, and I have been on HRT since 2006. And the beautiful thing is that Im so well educated now, is that I was able to sway my doctor in prescribing a dose I believed to be beneficial to me since my level were so damn low. Most docs will give you 100 or 200mgs a week or e2w, I was able to get 300mgs per week And its a wonderful thing to walk in your local CVS, and get back a wonderful vial of pharmaceutically made Testosterone Cypionate. Your usual producers of this product would be Watson(the most common), Sandoz, or Paddock. No American made testosterone comes dosed any higher than 200mgs. And should your blood panels come back low, ur doc can right a script, and again if you have insurance you can walk out of the pharmacy with a 10ml vial of test for the cost of your co-pay. Without insurance, a 10ml bottle is roughly $125.

European, middle eastern, and asian Enanthate is the only single ester testosterone that comes dosed at 250mgs, the other is Sustanon which is a blend of 4 different esters. Esters are enanthate, cypionate acetate, deconate and so on. They determine the length of time that the injected steroid will disperse from the muscle into the blood stream and remain active in the body, until another injection is needed. Also, the ester factors into the total weight or I should say dose of the steroid in question. For instance, enanthate at 250mgs, leaves you with 187mg/ml of testosterone, out of that 250mgs. Its not a huge thing believe me. The longer the esters half life, the heavier its going to be. Acetate is the lightest, so out of 250mgs,(mind you Im guessing here) 215-225 would be testosterone. Then of course there is suspension, better known as TNE, test no ester, the weight is pure test. And with no ester is only active in the body for several hrs at best. Its something to use if you want a quick boost of strength on a squat or dead lift day, and its can be used in the same regard as viagra, plus it can also be used on ur wife/gf with a extremely low dose of 25mgs, it will turn her into a sexual tyrannosaurus...I shit you not!

If you have a high BF%, using testosterone will actually aid in burning off some of that extra body fat, and start kicking up ur metabolic rate as well. But the best way to get your metabolism jacked up is by eating at least 5 or 6x a day, spaced out every 3 hrs. And most important while doing cardio you find your target heart rate for burning fat, not a full blown run which will sap the muscles for fuel. Using an elliptical I find is best suited for this task, and since you will need at least an hr of cardio a day, this machine will spare much mercy on your knees and other joints.

Post cycle therapy(PCT) is started based on what you are using in your cycle. Using test e as an example, after a 12 week cycle, you would start about 3 weeks afterwards, so that the enanthate has totally dissipated from the blood stream, and using Novladex(tamoxifen) for 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks would be 40mgs ed, the last 2 at 20mgs ed.

A general rule of thumb is to wait the same out of time off, as you were on, before you should start another cycle again. Also, you don't need to change syringes after you draw from the vial, it doesn't become dull that quickly. But you shouldn't use the same syringe twice once its entered the human body.

So, with all of that is there anything I can explain better for you, or if you have more questions please feel free to ask. You dont want to make the same mistakes I did as a 17yr old kid. Which was just listen to the advice of the people in the gym, especially the 20 somethings that had those crazy genetics that allowed them to be in that shape round the clock.
