wrap with 1 egg 1 slice bacon, 2 asparagus spears, 1 tomato, litle pace hot sauce.
snack
2 hard boiled eggs
lunch
6 oz deer ( venison) steak ( I shot this one last season)
mushrooms and brown rice with a little bomato basil sauce
snack
tuna from can
dinner
shrinp salad. ( green salad with 6 grilled shrimp) oil and garlic dressing

supplements
creatine drink
2 mega men vitamins

workout
chest and abs
drop set bench 3 sets drop 5 lbs at each fail starting at 175 dropping to 95 lbs
machine flys 3 sets on 10
inverted situps on inversion table till failure x 2

gear

Cardio day Since my schedule got a little off. I normally do cardio Saturday and Sunday but im off a day.

diet
pretty much same as yesterday
breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
snack
sliced hard boiled egg sliced cucumber and sliced tomato little olive oil
lunch
tuna fish sandwich
snack
hard boiled egg
dinner
leftovers Deer and vegetable casserole with a small amount of pasta
snack
roast beef sandwich

supplements
creatinne drink
protein shake ( body force chocolate mixed with water not milk

workout
30 mins cardio in morning
1 hour cardio at night all on elliptical
gear
finished clen cycle
250mg test cyp

diet Actually this is almost always the same
Wrap with one scrambled egg, tomato, cheese, asparagus speers (2)
snack
hard boiled egg
lunch I was out so this was a Sonic junior deluxe cheeseburger
snack
granola bar
dinner
still had some leftover deer so, Deer, zucchini, squash, a little elbow pasta and tomato sauce.

Also 2 glasses of White Zinfandel ( I like Zinfandel)

supplements
2 mega men vitamins
1 cap taurine
1 can milkthisle
1 creatine drink

workout
Arms Drop sets curls sets starting at 100lbs ez bar dropping 5 lbs each failure to bottom out at 65 lbs
triceps cable push downs starting at 150 and dropping 10 pounds ( one plate) at failure until I get to 50 lbs

gear
nothing today

Good news, I went to a new doc today for shoulder checkup and he is renewing my script for testosterone cyp at 300mg a week ( ill adjust that) so a 10 mil vial at walmart pharmacy cost 8 bucks with my insurance

shoulders
seated military press 3 sets of 10 in rack
dumb bell side raises 3 sets of 10
front raises 3 sets of 10
hammer strength jammer shoulder presses ( single side at a time) 3 sets of 10

cardio
30 mins early morning before breakfast
walked 5 miles this evening at a very fast pace

This is Friday and its date night for me and the wife. Grilled shrimp salad at the local restaurant, chip s and guacamole and a bottle of prosecco.

machine leg extensions 3 drop sets to failure
machine leg curls 3 drop sets to failure
