Legs, tried to copy cc routien as best as I could:
10x squats 10x frount squat 10xleg curl 10x leg press All the above is one set and I did this 5x over, by the 5th set my legs failed whilst I was squatting and I needed a hand up (lucky someone was there not normally) I sat for 5 mins and attempted to continue with the rest of the set but couldn't. The pump was incredible on my thighs could hardly move and was kind of limping between equipment, this was a enormouse work out and because the kind of man i am I take this as a challenge and will better it next week, cc u are f**king nuts! Absolute beast haha thanks for this on bro my legs are gonna be huge!! I can feel it now tomorrow is going to be intesting just glad I don't have to go anywhere, DVD day I think, thanks again CC u have distroyed my legs haha ![]()
