Pull ups 50 minimum (minimum I will accept every week is 50)
Deadlifts 4x6
Straight leg deadlifts 4x6
Bend over row 4x10
Good mornings 4x8(getting very tired at this point)
Late pull downs4x8-10

Very sore pumped lower back when I left, will be sore tomoz for sure!!
