warm up 135lbs

5x5 with 185 lbs falt bench

incline 3 x 145lbs

decline 3 x 200 lbs

flys 35lbs db 4 x10

dips body weight 3 set

tris 4 set 60lbs pull down with rope whatever thats called lol tricep extensions
