Waiting to run Tren Ace and Masteron hopefully I'll have it by week 11-12, I will be adding it to this cycle @100mgs EOD, after 4 weeks I will be upping to 100mgs ED, will be running my usual long cycle again, in weeks it will look like this tho I havent decided exactly how long Im gonna run this cycle

New food prep pics, Changed it up this time, also merged all gear, supp and food prep pics to this post
- 6oz of proteins - 1 cup of white rice - 3/4 cup of veggies in this case broccoli This meal I eat every 3 hours at the moment, in between I have a shake ------>(4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, skim milk and water to desire thickness, 1 scoop nitro-tech and teaspoon almond butter) when my bf% goes down to where Im happy at, I will be upping my proteins 1 oz every 3-4 weeks, veggies to 1 cup and rice to 1 cup, then Ill adjust it up or down accordingly Last edited by Armstrong; 01-04-2016 at 06:19 AM. |

My supps that I am taking:
I'm BIG on Muscle-tech products, all supps will be Muscle-tech - Muscle Milk (Cyto-Sport - cookies&cream) I just like the taste and its a treat for me every morning, I mix it with my oatmeal its a sweet desert a high protein "cheat" meal, and/or my morning shake with Breakfast (has more fats/cals then other proteins) - ISO Protein (nitro-tech) my PWO shake - Slow absorbing protein (Phase 8 Muscle-tech) My before bed shake and middle of the night shake - BCAA - CLA - Fish Oils - Platinum muli vitamins - Muscle-tech amino - Carnitine - L-Glutimine - Clear Muscle (Muscle-tech) - Calcium and Magnesium - Liv Clean - And some kind of pre-workout supp - Caffeine pills (pre workout) - 5 hour energy shots (I slam one down mid-training for an extra boost) Last edited by Armstrong; 01-04-2016 at 06:21 AM. |

Waiting to run Tren Ace and Masteron hopefully I'll have it by week 11-12, I will be adding it to this cycle @100mgs EOD, after 4 weeks I will be upping to 200mgs EOD, will be running my usual long cycle again, in weeks it will look like this tho I havent decided exactly how long Im gonna run this cycle 1-20 Prop @200mgs EOD 1-18 Primo @600mgs EW (injecting once a week) 1-10 Deca @400mgs EW (injecting once a week) 10-20 EQ @700mgs EW (injecting once a week) 12-16 TrenA @100mgs EOD 16-20 TrenA @200mgs EOD 12-20 Mast @200mgs EOD Cab 1 tab EOD Nolva if needed Accutane 40mgs ED (till skin is dry and no more oily skin) - drop down to 40mgs EOD for 4 weeks - then drop down to 40mgs E3D No HGH or Slin at this time, if I decide to run them I will be using HGH @8-10iu ED and Slin up to 10iu PWO I changed my injections to once a week I hope this goes well as I use to get lots of acne when I did this in the past, frequent injections always cleared my acne up for some reason and I always thought that was due to more stable hormones, is this true I dont know....I dont know whats true anymore, but now I run accutane with my cycles and I dont get any acne at all Last edited by Armstrong; 01-04-2016 at 06:21 AM. |
