when i take off from the weights for 3 weeks, i do a prison workout. 800 pushups in 35 mins. i then do trash bags with water in them for arm curls. you should try it. it hits the different parts of the biceps. another thing is get rope or a towel and get 12 milk jugs with water in them. you can do lateral raises with them. again it hits differents parts of your delts that the weights wont hit. it will shock your body. i do this for 3 weeks 3 times a week. then i take off for 2 weeks.

Prisons have universal sets and even some prisons have a weight training class with free weights... I think tht ur talking about just being in like a county jail.. Why wouuld you do jail workouts when there is a perfecally good gym for u to workout at??? Just asking.. Because tht kind of jail training really dosnt hit the mark if you ask me because u never know the true weight tht ur pushing and with workouts like tht there is a whoe bunch of room for injury because of the off balance it has in the weight.,,. My advice would be to stay in the gym.. You gain a whole lot more tht way my friend...
