here's one I found on the registered photographers site, this bog we were in was about 200m long all in all and the cold stinking water is actually quite refreshing on tired legs, only problem is the slushy mud at the bottom of it, well covering your feet. This one was logged as 11.4 miles.

pretty much recovered now so out for a light run tonight, ready to do it again in 6 weeks with a much better time and hopefully lighter.

have you ever tried cytomax- i used to use that when i went on mt bike rides... that stuff made me definatley feel like i could go longer harder. and like the recovery was better. I used to do a lot of riding.
