about the 5th one I've done, awesome start to the off road running season, not in the best shape of my life but these runs are just a matter of getting it done and staying on your feet :D:D:D

No matter how much you train for it, the combination of hills and cold stinking water just sap you to fuck!! Ibuprofen at the ready for work on monday lol

they threw in peat bogs and shear climbs (had to grab tree roots to get up etc)

a friend of mine did one of these a couple of years back and tried to get me to do it, it nearly killed him.......h aha
