My training splits

Once my body gets use to training and im past that "painful" stage that we all get when were outta shape:p, I give each body part at least 2 days rest before hitting them again, this goes for the secondary muscles as well (2 days rest). This took me many years of trial and error for me to find this perfect workout split, it will look like this below:

Monday - Quads/Calves
Tuesday - Chest/Forearms
Wednesday - Back/Bi's
Thursday - OFF
Friday - Hams/Calves/Forearms
Saturday - Shoulders/Tri's
Sunday - OFF

--REPEAT--

Everyone should try this, you will love the results as every time you train a muscle group, you will be able to hit it very hard as your muscles and secondary muscles will be nice and fresh and well rested:cool:

Im gonna start off doing something different, Ive always trained as heavy as I can I went for 6-8 reps, now Im gonna hit it with 10-12+reps and really get the blood pumping into the muscles, im very excited to see what kinda results this will give me:cool:

Thank you for posting that workout info.

It is a little different that most are used to do as most of us just stick to one max two different workouts which we do for long time but muscles needs to be shocked so it is always good to try something new.

Regarding pumping, that is great choice I like it as well. Before summer I always switch to pumping mode.
