My back is small
 
I need a T.R. to make my back wider and thicker. Please advise. Thanks guys.

Hi ya mate, good question,
How long have you been training?
what are you doing for back at the moment?
Are you on a gear cycle at the moment?

Right this is what i would suggest(anyone who knows me on this board knows that i like punishing routines) so here goes:

For Back:
Sternum Chin up 8 X 8
High bench two dumbbell rowing 8 X 8
Low cable row with 18" grip 8 X 8
Medium Grip Lat Pulldown to Chest 8 X 8

I love the 8 x 8 training it really helps you put on size and it hurts like hell,
but it is definatley worth it!
you can fit this in with your current routine but i would recommend that you try the whole 8 x 8 routine, see here https://www.hypermuscles.com/f70/vin...rkout-gvt-556/
Read the whole lot and see if you can do it, it does work and is well worth the effort, if by any chance you don't want to try that one just let me know and i will stick something else up!

My next back training I will start this back routine for 1 month and will let you know after how about results.

how long have you been training & what does your current routine look like?

IMO, to bring up your back its heavy compounds all the way - deadlifts, heavy rows and time..

8 x 8 , bloody hell! I do 3 x 8 and thats hard enough!
