Insanity Workout - Anyone Done It?
 

I am getting quite a few e-mails on this, £105 for a DVD course! Anyone tried it?

Not Insanity but I did try P90x and I after watching the videos they are about the same thing. While I thought I was in pretty decent shape after the chest and back workout I felt like I had been in a car accident. They are definitely a great addition to a routine if you don't like a traditional HIIT workout.

Also bought a P90x set off craigslist for $20, sure you can find the discs for cheap.

you know with all this high intensity workout stuff thts coming to the general pop.. alot of peeps are really hurting themselves and going into organ failure.. and tht is a dame shame.. because ive watched those info mercials and they never ever say anything about proper dieting or hydration techniques and i fel tht thts really shady on there part for not even mentioning to the peeps tht this needs to be done on a steady incline of progression andd not just all out and these poor peeps dont know any better.. its like havingthe wolves invite the sheep for dinner.. its so crazy how society is made these days and how just anybody can think tht IF I CAN THINK IT I CAN DO IT !!!! and tht kind of thinking is just ludicris.. idk just my opinion..
