At home I have
life fitness electronic machines Chest press, Triceps machine and a lat pulldown machine. They are commercial machines I bought at auction.
I also have a smith rack, dumb bells,, olymipic bar and curl bar
last week I got a Hammer Strength ground base jammer rig as well as a full cable crossover system. Everything I have a commercial stuff No home gym equipment
Oh I forgot a treadmill and an Elliptical Cross Trainer. Both life fitness.


This is expensive stuff but here is the deal
The jammer used of ebay at 1700 bucks. I paid 50.
the life fitness machines are thousands I paid 125 each
the cable crossover online is listed at 4300 I paid 305.00

Craigslist is great for used equipment. I got my squat rack, bench, 500 pounds of weights and some dumbbells for 300$
