Mattesons Chicken Bites!

Just wondering are Mattesons Chicken Bites worth eating? I think theres just over 13g in each bag but I try to buy 2bags when I buy them and have them as a meal at 10:30am. Im just seeing they are a big con or are they ok chicken?
