Its not for everyone thats for sure. Theres really no significant benefit over a more traditional diet other than convenience and satiety.
I like massive meals and going to bed stuffed. I also like seeing my abs. With IF i can have both

hey guys so far it is pretty hard to do waking up starved waiting like 3-4 hours to eat then i eat hungry again eat just over an hour before training then im starved from all the hard work i put in wait an hour or 2 depending eat my last meal around 7 be finished around half 7 going to bed hungry :/ going to try and stick with it for a bit see if it gets any better i hope so ha

How many calories are you eating barman? I remember the first week being a little tough.
If your going to bed hungry on IF somethings wrong. I save at least 1000 calories for my before bed snack. Ill have a big omelette or a big bowl of oatmeal with some peanut butter and sugar free syrup for my last meal. Cottage cheese and peaches is another really filling meal.

i was getting 3000kcals same as when i was eating 6meals im going bk to 5-6 meals a day better for me anyway was up 1 night starving had heartburn and all didnt like it at all

I do it out of habit. Always been a coffee til lunch kind of guy anyway. I eat my first meal around 10-12, last one around 6-8 depending when the wife gets home. I would like to eat 6 small meals but never feeling full leaves me irritated and I can be a dick normally so it definitely doesn't help.

Been doing IF for years now and will be doing it forever.
I also eat the majority of my carbs right before bed.
Ive had great results doing this naturally and im having great results on gear. Fuck broscience

It bloody destroyed me hated it ha i eat a couple meals a day sometimes 4 lately but i also snack on bits throughout the day like some milk even a chicken breast lol

Right now I am bulking so I do not do this however when I start cutting in 6 weeks I will go back to IF and carb cycling Love it. The best ever
