With only 30@20 mgs on hand, it would not be enough to provide insurance on the 12 wk cycle, even with the proviron complimenting the test, correct? Therefore I should pickup , more, just in case before going into it.

The Proviron will also reduce the risks of Gyno but it's always better to to have too much Nolva rather than not enough, if you order more and you have some left over you can always use it next time

Before I order the insurance of additional Nolva, should I consider getting Arimidex instead? Its the gyno I fear so if both can do that should it arise, would one be the optimal choice to ensure gains continue while also reducing any bloat?

Also, read somewhere that people, could a been just a person as I forget the details, well they were saying the proviron appeared to cancel out the use of Nolva during a cycle which caused intense gyno. Any truth to this statement?

If you use Arimidex no need for Nolva and vice-versa.

Just have them on hand in case gyno symptoms appears.
