I have tried putting several tickets in for hugetom and no reply in 5days, not normal. Dissatisfing!!!! I was really happy before.

Read all the posts on gbn. It'll come through. Understand your anxiety but you're not buying from Amazon.

We did some changes/updates for our software which caused some tickets to be un-seen.

It is all good now, everyone got my reply.
