I work in a hospital, and see everyday just how people can get themselves into poor physical shape by not taking an active part in keeping themselves in shape.

yes and i can truly say tht i was one of them.. i grew up very fast and hard and just i was to green in the sport at the time to realize tht gear and partying just dosnt mix and i had to learn the hard way.. i will never go back to tht lifestyle as it has robbed me of a really much more better life than i have lived.. now its all about the gains and reaching my goals.. im blesed to be here and live to tell the tale

Refreshingly honest. I hope anyone out there who thinks they are immune from the dangers of overdoing things - aas, recreational drugs, alcohol and all the other temptations will think about the implications first.

I might not be young now, but I was once and I know how tempting these things are! I also know, now that I'm not young, how glad I am that I didn't get tempted.

Not trying to preach, honest. Just hoping someone (usually the invincible young) might take a step back and think about what they are doing before its too late.

You can't beat moderation.
