just saying whats up i'm 27 5'9 170 and growing wider lol i need tips on nutrition and weightlifting to get bigger i eat eggs oatmeal meat chicken fish need more weight tho muscle

welcome bailey, if you want to get bigger, add some good carbs to your meals. deadlift, sqaut and bench press are priority as far as training.

I vary sometimes I do it with legs sometimes with back, however I observed that doing it with legs makes my body producing more testosterone.
