im looking to put on strength cause of martialarts training and a better looking body most guys i see in the studio look terrible i just dont want to let myself go during the week im gonna start my p90x training weight training on the weekends 43 yrs old dont want to look 80yrs old thnx brother

You know, the p90x gets a bad rap but I tell you what. My wife borrowed it from someone and I decided to give it a try one day when she was at work. We have all the stuff in the garage so why not? I worked up a real good sweat, had a decent workout....and the next day felt like I had been in a car accident. That Chest and Back workout was brutal to say the least. If your goal is a lean aesthetic look it will definitely help.

been busy havent been here in awhile was up people question i thought i knew what i was doing before with aas never took time to read these forums tons to learn just found out a lil how important pct are after a cycle i did test therapy they never told me about pct and with therapy was taking winstrol at the same time can anyone shine a light more on pct and does it help on keeping your gains

Heya Juice there are loads of threads on pct in the forums if u look through the right section you'll find them but I would recommend starting a post about ur pct questions somewhere other than the introduction section as it will get missed by a lot of the guys u want answers from
