Influenced by most of the men in my family, I've been lifting for over 20 years. Of my relatives my age, I was the last to start using steroids. I started because I felt I was as big as I could get naturally. Eventually, at my best I was 260lbs with a 32" waist(never had my bodyfat tested)I'm 5'9. I took 3 years off and have been back at it for less than 6 months. I'm back up to 240lbs with a 36" waist. My best bench was 515lbs twice. Most of my knowledge comes from experience and "bro-science". I've always had a friend or relative to get my gear from and never had to go online to get it. A few months ago I googled a friend of mine and happily stumbled onto a board. I wish I'd found these forums years ago but I was always at the gym and had no interest in the internet. I think I was the last in my family to get online too. I've used alot of juice but am humble enough to admit that I still have alot to learn.
