New to this board
Hey guys I'm new to this board. came as at a request of another member here. I've been on other boards for awhile but am branching out some more. lil bit about myself 5' 7" 185 have been training my whole life but really got into lifting about 5 or 6 years ago. I've run a few cycles now. Always eager to learn and always keep an open mind about new things. hope to learn a lot here.
