New member here, I’m 31 5’11 218lbs probably high teens to low 20%BF been back to lifting and cardio about 6-7 weeks after 6 or so months off due to injury. Feels good to be back I am currently doing 5x5 for 5 weeks, it’s getting heavy and have been able to complete all sets and reps in minimal time of rest. Expecting the ref to go up but hopefully can complete sets and reps continuously. Looking forward to learning on here and meeting some people with good information to progress along.

Great to know you are back to training.

I remember when I had time off and then came back to the gym, great feelings.

How is 5x5 working for you?

We will be happy to help you and get helped by you, nobody knows everything.

Welcome to HM!
