Hello everyone at HM

Hey how's it going. I'm 29 years old, been lifting for the past 12 years, it's a hobby, it's a passion

I recognize some familiar names, and am looking forward to getting to know more of yous

scale reads 210 today, I'm at around 11-12%body fat, 5'11" tall

yeah my home is at CM, which is friends of this board. sorry if I don't post much, I've been kinda checking out several boards lately and I don't have enough time to post in all of them.
