Red face Only 14 days in

I've put on 6 lbs and I'm pretty sureci dropped a little bf as well. Lifts are increasing but slowly to avoid re-injury. Here's a before pic at 159

Strength, stamina and happiness are way up..... libido is insane.. also, my last are Constantly super pumped from all the climbing I do for work with tools/bags

im working on P.O.F TRAINING (positions of flexion ) it has to do with mid-range,contraction & stretch maneuvers to hit both slow & fast twitch a&b fibers... i got great result form this kind of training and picked it back up again for the next 6 months.. ive noticed that with this kind of training i really dont hit platues .. i think i spelled tht wrong...lol

im starting to front load for the very first time.. cant wait to see the results.. i was reading tht its the best way to start a mass cycle.. will keep you apprised on results..
