![]() Whey protein (probably four times a day as it's a health drink as well as a muscle builder and it gets a pint of water down every time I drink one) Used to use creatine which I swear by but for some reason hardly ever use anymore Never really saw the need for additional aminos and Bcaas etc as I get more than enough from the whey shakes. Just means more expense as far as I'm concerned Nowadays I tend to use health supplements more than bodybuilding supps: Fish oil Vitamin C Low dose aspirin Zinc B vitamins Potasium and Magnesium and very recently CoQ10 |
